If your laptop won't turn on, try performing a hard reset by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, check the power adapter and ensure it's properly connected.
To improve battery life, lower the screen brightness, close unnecessary applications, and use the 'Battery Saver' mode available in Windows settings.
To perform a factory reset, go to 'Settings' > 'Update & Security' > 'Recovery', and select 'Get started' under 'Reset this PC'. Choose whether to keep your files or remove everything.
Visit the Acer support website, download the latest BIOS file for your model, and follow the included instructions to update the BIOS. Ensure your laptop is plugged in during this process.
First, make sure the touchpad is not disabled by pressing the F7 key. If it's still unresponsive, try reinstalling the touchpad driver from the Acer support website.
Connect an HDMI cable from your laptop to the external monitor. Then press Windows + P to select the display mode you prefer, such as 'Duplicate' or 'Extend'.
Use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen. For tougher smudges, slightly dampen the cloth with a mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol. Avoid applying liquids directly to the screen.
Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on opening the back panel. Ensure you have compatible RAM and take precautions against static electricity by using an anti-static wrist strap.
Ensure your Wi-Fi drivers are up to date, and try restarting your router. You may also change the Wi-Fi network adapter settings to a different frequency band if supported.
