To enable the backlit keyboard, press the F8 key. If this does not work, ensure that the keyboard driver is up to date via Acer's support website.
First, ensure the laptop is charged. If it still won't turn on, perform a power reset by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. If the issue persists, contact Acer support.
Use an HDMI cable to connect the laptop to the monitor. Then, press Windows + P to select the display mode.
Use a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen cleaning solution. Gently wipe the screen in circular motions. Avoid using paper towels or harsh chemicals.
Visit the Acer support website, download the latest BIOS update for the Swift 5, and follow the included instructions. Ensure the laptop is plugged in during the update.
