To perform a hard reset, press and hold the Refresh button while pressing the Power button. Release both buttons to restart your Chromebook.
First, ensure the device is charged. Try performing a hard reset. If it still doesn't turn on, connect it to an external power source and check if the charging light is on.
Click on the status area in the bottom right, select 'Not connected' or the Wi-Fi icon, choose your network from the list, and enter the password if required.
Click on the status area, select 'Settings', then 'About Chrome OS' and click 'Check for updates' to download and install any available updates.
To enable Developer Mode, first back up your data. Then, turn off your Chromebook, press and hold the Esc + Refresh keys and then press the Power button. Release the keys and follow the on-screen instructions.

Reduce screen brightness, turn off keyboard backlighting, close unused tabs and apps, and disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use.
Ensure your Chromebook is within range of the router, restart your device and router, and check for any network updates or changes.
Use the USB-C ports to connect external devices. For devices that require different ports, use compatible adapters or docks.
