To perform a hard reset on the Acer Chromebook Spin 514, press and hold the Refresh button (circular arrow) and tap the Power button. Release both keys and wait for the Chromebook to restart.
First, ensure that the charger is properly connected to both the laptop and the power outlet. Check for any visible damage to the charger or the charging port. If the charger is functional, try performing a hard reset. If the problem persists, contact Acer support.
