To upgrade the RAM, ensure the laptop is powered off and unplugged. Remove the screws on the back panel, gently lift the panel, and locate the RAM slots. Insert compatible RAM modules into the slots at a 45-degree angle, then press down until they click into place. Reattach the back panel and screws.
