To clear a paper jam, open the front cover and gently pull out the jammed paper. Ensure there are no torn pieces left behind. Follow the instructions on the control panel for further guidance.
First, check the toner levels and replace if necessary. Clean the printer's drum and rollers. Run a print quality test from the printer settings to identify specific problems.
Access the printer's menu, navigate to the Network Settings, and select Wireless Setup. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
Ensure the power cable is securely connected and check if the outlet is working. If the problem persists, contact Xerox support for further assistance.
Go to the printer's control panel, select System Settings, then choose Reset. Confirm your selection to perform a factory reset. Note that this will erase all custom settings.
