To load paper, open the paper tray by pulling it out completely. Adjust the paper guides to match the size of your paper. Place the paper neatly in the tray, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum fill line, then slide the tray back into the printer.
Ensure that the paper tray is fully inserted and properly aligned. Check for any obstructions or debris within the tray slot. If the issue persists, restart the printer and check for any error messages on the control panel.
