Regularly clean the printer exterior and paper paths, check and replace consumables like toner and drums, and perform calibration and alignment checks.
Access the print settings from your computer's printer driver, adjust the resolution, color balance, and media type settings to suit your print job requirements.
Check the toner cartridges and drum units for damage or low levels. Perform a cleaning cycle from the printer menu and ensure the paper is not damp or of low quality.
