Ensure the unit is mounted on a solid wall with proper support and that there is sufficient clearance around the unit for air circulation. Follow the installation guide for electrical connections and use the appropriate brackets and screws provided.
Check if the air filter is clean, ensure the thermostat is set correctly, and verify that doors and windows are closed. Additionally, inspect the outdoor unit for obstructions and clean the condenser coils if necessary.
It is recommended to clean the air filter every two weeks. If the environment is particularly dusty, consider cleaning it more frequently. Replace the filter if it is damaged or shows signs of wear.
The E1 error code indicates a problem with the temperature sensor. Check the sensor connections for any loose wires or damage. If the problem persists, consult a professional technician.
Keep the unit clean and well-maintained, use a programmable thermostat to optimize cooling schedules, close doors and windows to prevent air leaks, and use ceiling fans to circulate air effectively.
Clean the unit thoroughly, remove and clean the filter, cover the unit with a protective cover to keep dust and debris out, and store it in a dry, cool place to prevent damage.
Water dripping can be due to a clogged drain pipe or a full drain pan. Check and clean the drain pipe, ensuring it is not blocked. Also, ensure the unit is properly leveled to allow water to flow to the drain pan.
Turn off the unit using the remote or control panel, unplug it from the power source, wait for about five minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on. This should reset the system.
Regularly clean the air filter, inspect the condenser coils, ensure the drainage system is unobstructed, and check for any unusual noises or vibrations. Schedule professional servicing annually.
Ensure the unit is securely mounted, clean the fan blades and motor, check for any loose parts, and ensure the compressor is not overworking due to a clogged filter or airflow obstruction.
