To pair your Sena R1 with a smartphone, press and hold the Phone Button for 5 seconds until you hear "Phone Pairing". Then, enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and select the Sena R1 from the list of available devices.
To perform a factory reset, press and hold the Center Button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes red rapidly. Then, tap the Phone Button to confirm the reset. The headset will return to factory settings.
To update the firmware, download the Sena Device Manager on your computer. Connect the Sena R1 via USB and follow the on-screen instructions to update to the latest firmware version.
