To pair the Sena Outrush with your smartphone, first ensure that the helmet is in pairing mode by pressing the Phone Button for 5 seconds. Then, on your smartphone, enable Bluetooth and search for nearby devices. Select "Sena Outrush" from the list and confirm the pairing.
If the helmet does not turn on, ensure that it is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the supplied charging cable, and allow it to charge for at least 2 hours. If the issue persists, check for any possible damage to the power button or charging port.
