To pair your Sena 10C EVO with a smartphone, first ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Then, on the 10C EVO, hold the Phone Button for 5 seconds until you hear "Phone pairing". Search for Bluetooth devices on your phone, select "Sena 10C EVO", and follow any additional prompts to complete the pairing process.
First, ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a power source and check if the LED indicator shows charging status. If it still doesn't turn on, perform a factory reset by pressing the Reset button located inside the charging port cover using a small pin.
