If the audio quality is poor, ensure that the firmware is up to date and check for any obstructions between the helmets. Also, try resetting the Bluetooth module by turning it off and on again. Adjust the microphone position for optimal voice clarity.
To update the firmware, download the Sena Device Manager from the Sena website. Connect your helmet to your computer using a USB cable, open the Device Manager, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the firmware update.

To perform a factory reset, press and hold the Phone Button and the Jog Dial simultaneously for 10 seconds until the LED flashes red rapidly, and you hear the voice prompt “Factory reset.” Release the buttons, and the helmet will reset to factory settings.
Yes, the Sena Momentum helmet can connect with non-Sena devices using the Universal Intercom feature. Follow the pairing instructions specific to the other device to establish a connection.
To clean the helmet, use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals. For the interior, the liner and pads can be removed and hand-washed with mild soap. Ensure they are completely dry before reinserting them.
To adjust the volume during a call, rotate the Jog Dial clockwise to increase the volume and counterclockwise to decrease the volume. The volume can be adjusted separately for music, intercom, and phone calls.
If the helmet does not turn on, ensure it is fully charged. Check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset. If it still does not turn on, contact Sena customer support for further assistance.
The Sena Momentum helmet supports multi-point pairing, allowing you to connect it to two Bluetooth devices at once, such as a smartphone and a GPS device. Pair each device individually following the standard pairing procedure.
