If your Sena 50S is not charging, check the USB cable and charging port for any damage or debris. Try a different USB cable and power source. If the problem persists, reset the device by pressing the pinhole reset button.
To update the firmware, download the Sena Device Manager from the Sena website. Connect your 50S to your computer using a USB cable. Launch the Device Manager and follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware.
Ensure all devices are within range and in pairing mode. Make sure your 50S is in intercom pairing mode by pressing the Jog Dial for 6 seconds. If issues persist, reset the Bluetooth settings on your device and try pairing again.
To perform a factory reset, press and hold the phone button for 10 seconds until you hear "Configuration menu." Then, press the jog dial to select "Factory reset" and confirm by pressing the phone button.
To clean your Sena 50S, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging it in water. Regularly check and clean the charging port and buttons to ensure they are free from dirt and debris.
To improve battery life, ensure the firmware is up to date, and avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures. Turn off the device when not in use and reduce the volume to conserve battery.
Check if the speakers are properly placed in the helmet and not covered. Ensure the firmware is updated and reset the device if necessary. If using Bluetooth, ensure your phone's volume is at an appropriate level.
To connect to a GPS device, put the Sena 50S in pairing mode by pressing the phone button for 12 seconds. Enable Bluetooth on your GPS device and select "Sena 50S" from the list of available devices.
