To pair your Sandstrom SANDVIBE Speaker, turn on the speaker and enable Bluetooth on your device. Select 'SANDVIBE' from the list of available devices on your Bluetooth settings. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound.
First, ensure the speaker is charged by connecting it to a power source using the provided charging cable. If it still does not turn on, try resetting the speaker by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
To improve battery life, avoid exposing the speaker to extreme temperatures, charge it using the original charger, and avoid letting the battery completely drain before recharging.
To reset the speaker to factory settings, press and hold the power button and volume up button simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the speaker powers off. Release the buttons, and the speaker will reset upon restarting.
Check if the volume is set too high on either the speaker or the connected device. Lower the volume and see if distortion persists. Ensure the speaker is within the recommended range from the Bluetooth device and free from obstructions.
Use an auxiliary cable to connect the speaker to the headphone jack of the non-Bluetooth device. Ensure both devices are powered on and adjust the volume to the desired level.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the exterior of the speaker. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or submerging the speaker in water, as this can damage the electronic components.
Yes, you can use the speaker while it is charging. However, for optimal battery health, it is recommended to disconnect the charger once the battery is fully charged.
Currently, the Sandstrom SANDVIBE Speaker does not support user-initiated firmware updates. Ensure you are using the speaker as per the manufacturer's guidelines and check for any announcements from the manufacturer regarding updates.
Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode and within range of the device. Turn off Bluetooth on the device and turn it back on. If the issue persists, restart both the speaker and the device.
