To clean the blender, first unplug the appliance. Remove the jug from the base and wash it with warm, soapy water. Use a soft brush to clean the blades. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the base in water.
Ensure the blender is properly plugged into a working outlet. Check that the jug is correctly positioned on the base. Verify that the lid is securely in place. If the blender still does not start, let it cool down as it might have overheated.
To reduce noise, place a rubber mat or towel under the blender to absorb vibrations. Ensure ingredients are cut into smaller pieces before blending, and avoid overfilling the jug.
For blending ice, use the pulse setting to crush the ice in short bursts. Add a small amount of liquid to help the blades move smoothly. Avoid blending large quantities of ice at once to prevent motor strain.
The blender may stop if it overheats. Allow it to cool down for 15-20 minutes before restarting. Ensure that the vents on the base are clear from obstructions to prevent overheating.
Ensure the blade assembly is tightly screwed onto the jug base. Do not overfill the jug beyond its maximum capacity line. Make sure the lid is firmly secured before blending.
Regularly check and tighten the blade assembly. Clean the jug, lid, and blades after each use. Inspect the power cord for damage and ensure the base is free from food particles.
It is not recommended to blend hot liquids as steam can build up and cause the lid to pop off. Allow hot liquids to cool slightly before blending and start at a low speed.
Start with softer ingredients and liquids first, then add harder items. Use the pulse feature to break down large chunks before blending continuously. Avoid overfilling the jug for better consistency.
Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation included with the blender for detailed terms and conditions. Typically, it covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period.
