To connect the Roberts Stream 107 to a Wi-Fi network, navigate to the 'Settings' menu on the device, select 'Network', and then choose 'Wi-Fi Setup'. Follow the on-screen instructions to search for available networks and enter your network password when prompted.
Ensure that the power adapter is securely connected to both the device and a working power outlet. If the device still does not power on, try using a different power outlet or adapter if available. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
To perform a factory reset, go to 'Settings', select 'System', and then choose 'Factory Reset'. Confirm your selection and wait for the device to reset to its original settings. Note that this will erase all saved data and settings.
Check if your Wi-Fi network is working properly by connecting another device. Ensure the Roberts Stream 107 is within range of the router. Re-enter the Wi-Fi password if necessary, and consider rebooting both the router and the device.
To update the firmware, ensure the device is connected to the internet, then go to 'Settings', select 'System', and choose 'Software Update'. Follow the instructions to download and install any available updates.
The Roberts Stream 107 does not support Bluetooth connectivity. However, you can connect wired headphones using the 3.5mm headphone jack available on the device.
To enhance sound quality, ensure the device is placed on a stable surface away from obstructions. Adjust the equalizer settings in the 'Audio' menu to suit your preferences and ensure all speakers are unobstructed.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe down the exterior of the device. Avoid using any liquid cleaners or abrasive materials that might damage the surface or enter the device.
Tune into your desired radio station, then press and hold one of the preset buttons on the device until you hear a confirmation beep. This station will now be saved to the selected preset button.
First, check your internet connection and ensure the network is functioning correctly. Reboot the device and the router. If the issue persists, try reconnecting the device to the network through the Wi-Fi setup menu.
