To install the Nextbase 322GW, attach the mount to your windshield using the suction cup or adhesive pad. Slide the dashcam onto the mount and connect the power cable to your vehicle's 12V socket. Adjust the camera angle for optimal recording.
Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the power source is functioning. Try using a different power cable or socket. If the issue persists, perform a reset by holding the power button for 8-10 seconds.
Download the latest firmware from the Nextbase website onto a formatted microSD card. Insert the card into the dashcam and turn it on. The device will automatically detect and install the firmware update.
Check if the microSD card is correctly inserted and has sufficient free space. Ensure that the card is formatted in FAT32. If the problem continues, try using a different microSD card.
Download the MyNextbase Connect app on your smartphone. Enable Wi-Fi on the dashcam and connect your phone to the camera's Wi-Fi network. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the devices.
Regularly clean the camera lens and mount to ensure clear recordings. Periodically format the microSD card to maintain optimal performance. Keep the firmware updated and store the dashcam in a cool, dry place when not in use.
The Nextbase 322GW is designed to operate between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Avoid prolonged exposure to temperatures outside this range to prevent damage.
To view footage, press the playback button on the dashcam. Use the touchscreen to navigate through recordings. Alternatively, remove the microSD card and view the files on a computer.
Ensure the dashcam has a clear view of the sky for optimal GPS signal. Check if GPS is enabled in the settings menu. Perform a reset if the issue persists.
Activate the G-sensor feature in the settings. This will automatically save and lock footage during sudden impacts or collisions, preventing overwriting.
