To descale your Nespresso Prodigio, fill the water tank with a descaling solution and water. Place a container under the coffee outlet, press and hold the two buttons simultaneously for three seconds, then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the descaling process.
If your Nespresso Prodigio is not brewing coffee, ensure that the water tank is filled, the capsule is properly inserted, and the machine is turned on. If the problem persists, try resetting the machine by unplugging it for 10 seconds.
To connect your Nespresso Prodigio to Bluetooth, download the Nespresso app on your smartphone. Turn on Bluetooth, open the app, and follow the instructions to pair your machine with your phone.
If your Prodigio machine is leaking water, check the water tank to ensure it is correctly placed. Inspect the tank for cracks and ensure all seals are intact. If issues persist, contact Nespresso customer support.
To reset the Nespresso Prodigio to factory settings, turn the machine off, then press and hold the Lungo button for 5 seconds. The machine will blink three times to indicate a successful reset.
Regularly clean the drip tray and capsule container, descale every 3 months or after 300 uses, and wipe the machine with a damp cloth to maintain optimal performance of your Nespresso Prodigio.
To change the cup size settings, insert a capsule, press and hold the desired button (Espresso or Lungo) until the coffee volume meets your preference, then release. The machine will save this setting for future use.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and the machine is within range. Restart the app and the machine, then try reconnecting. If issues continue, update the app and check for any firmware updates for the machine.
While third-party capsules may fit, it's recommended to use Nespresso capsules to ensure optimal performance and avoid potential damage to the machine.
If the coffee tastes weak, try cleaning the machine and checking that the correct amount of water is being used. Ensure that the capsule is not damaged and adjust the cup size settings to your preference.
