To clean your Nespresso Aeroccino 4, remove the whisk and rinse it under warm water. Use a non-abrasive sponge to clean the inside of the Aeroccino, and rinse thoroughly. The Aeroccino 4 is dishwasher safe, so you can also place the jug and lid in the dishwasher.
Ensure that the whisk is correctly attached and not damaged. Use fresh milk and fill it to the correct level indicated inside the jug. If the problem persists, try cleaning the Aeroccino thoroughly to remove any milk residue.
The Aeroccino 4 works best with whole milk for a rich and creamy froth. However, it can also froth skimmed milk, soy milk, almond milk, and oat milk, though the froth may be less creamy.
To make cold froth, press and hold the button on the Aeroccino 4 for two seconds until the button turns blue. This indicates that the cold froth mode is activated.
First, check to ensure the device is properly plugged in and the power outlet is functional. If the device still doesn't work, try resetting it by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in. If the issue persists, contact Nespresso customer service.
To prevent milk from burning, ensure you do not exceed the maximum fill line. Use the appropriate whisk for your desired froth and clean the Aeroccino after each use to remove any milk residue that could burn.
It is not recommended to add flavored syrups directly into the Aeroccino 4 as they can affect the frothing process and may leave residues. Add syrups to your coffee after frothing the milk.
For hot milk preparation, the maximum capacity is 8.1 oz (240 ml). For milk froth, the maximum capacity is 4.1 oz (120 ml). Ensure not to exceed these limits to avoid overflow.
The Aeroccino 4 typically takes about 80 seconds to froth milk. The time may vary slightly depending on the milk type and initial temperature.
Unusual noises may indicate that the whisk is not properly seated or there is residue inside the jug. Ensure the whisk is correctly attached and clean the jug thoroughly. If the noise continues, contact Nespresso customer service.
