To clean the milk frother, remove the milk container, disassemble the lid, and rinse all parts under warm water. Use a damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the frother. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.
Check if the water tank is filled and properly positioned. Ensure the capsule is correctly inserted and the lever is fully closed. If the problem persists, descale the machine or contact customer support.
Descale your machine every 2-3 months, or after approximately 300 uses, to maintain optimal performance and taste quality.
While some third-party capsules may fit, it is recommended to use Nespresso capsules for the best performance and to avoid potential damage to the machine.
Press and hold the desired coffee button until the desired amount is dispensed, then release. The machine will remember this volume for future brews.
Ensure the milk is fresh and cold. Clean the frothing system thoroughly. Adjust the froth density using the regulator knob on the milk container.
To reset to factory settings, turn off the machine. Press and hold the 'Lungo' button for 5 seconds until the buttons flash three times quickly.
Check if the water tank is correctly positioned and the drip tray is empty. Inspect the capsule compartment for blockages and ensure all parts are assembled correctly.
Whole milk is recommended for the creamiest froth. However, low-fat and non-dairy alternatives can also be used, though results may vary.
Regularly clean and descale the machine. Use fresh, high-quality capsules and ensure the water tank is filled with filtered water for the best taste.
