To descale your Nespresso Lattissima Pro, fill the water tank with a descaling solution and water mixture as per the instructions. Place a container under the coffee outlet. Press and hold the descaling button until it starts flashing. Follow the machine prompts to complete the descaling process.
Ensure that the machine is fully preheated before brewing. You can also pre-warm your cup with hot water. If the issue persists, check for any scale buildup and descale the machine if necessary.
To adjust the coffee volume, insert a capsule and press the desired coffee button. Hold the button until the desired volume is reached, then release. The machine will remember this volume for future brews.
Check if the water tank is properly positioned and not cracked. Ensure that the drip tray is correctly installed and not full. Inspect the capsule container and clean any excess coffee grounds.
Disassemble the milk frother and rinse all parts with warm water after each use. Use a mild detergent if necessary. Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling.
Check the power cord and ensure it is plugged in securely. Verify that the outlet is working by testing it with another device. If the machine still won't turn on, contact Nespresso support for assistance.
The Lattissima Pro is designed for use with Nespresso capsules. Using non-Nespresso capsules may affect performance and could void your warranty.
To reset to factory settings, switch on the machine and press the Latte Macchiato and Warm Milk froth buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until the descaling and clean alert lights flash. Release the buttons to reset.
Store Nespresso capsules in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity to maintain freshness. Avoid storing them in the refrigerator or freezer.
It is recommended to descale your Lattissima Pro every 3 months or after 300 uses, whichever comes first. Regular descaling helps maintain the machine's performance and longevity.
