To perform a factory reset on your LG Watch Sport, go to Settings > System > Disconnect & reset. Confirm the reset and wait for the watch to restart.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable always-on display, turn off Wi-Fi and GPS when not needed, and limit notifications.
