To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > General > Reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by tapping 'Reset phone' and then 'Delete all'. This will erase all data on the device.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, turn off unnecessary background apps, enable battery saver mode, and disable location services when not needed.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes, indicating a screenshot has been captured.
Check the charging cable and adapter for damage, ensure the charging port is clean, try a different power outlet, and restart the phone. If the problem persists, consider replacing the battery or charger.
