To perform a factory reset on your LG Stylo 6, go to Settings > System > Restart & reset > Factory data reset. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you see a confirmation on the screen.
