To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you see the screen flash. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app under the Screenshots folder.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Try using a different charger to see if the issue persists. Also, clean the charging port of the phone to remove any dust or debris. If the problem continues, it may be a hardware issue, and you should contact LG support.
