To perform a factory reset on your LG Stylo 4, go to Settings > General > Reset > Factory data reset. Follow the prompts to complete the reset. Ensure all important data is backed up as this process will erase all data from the device.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try a different power outlet and cable. Clean the charging port for any debris. If the issue persists, consider contacting LG support or a professional technician.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you see the screen capture. You can view the screenshot in the Gallery app.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, limit background app activity, use battery saver mode, and disable unused connectivity features like Bluetooth and GPS. Keeping apps updated can also help improve battery performance.
You can transfer data using LG Mobile Switch (LG Backup), available in the Settings app under General > Backup > LG Mobile Switch. Follow the instructions to transfer data wirelessly or via USB.
Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and airplane mode is off. Restart your phone and router. Forget and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network. If issues persist, reset network settings under Settings > General > Reset > Network settings reset.
Clear cache and unnecessary files by going to Settings > Storage > Free up space. Restart the device, and ensure apps and software are updated. Consider a factory reset if the issue continues.
Go to Settings > General > Lock screen & security > Fingerprints. Follow the prompts to register your fingerprint. You can then use it to unlock your phone and authorize purchases.
Go to Settings > About phone > Software info, and tap 'Build number' seven times. You will see a message that Developer Options are enabled. Access them under Settings > General.
Try restarting the phone by holding the Power button until it reboots. Remove any screen protector, and clean the screen. If unresponsiveness continues, a factory reset or professional repair may be necessary.
