To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Restart & reset > Factory data reset. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
First, ensure the battery is charged. Try pressing and holding the power button for about 10 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, try a different charger or check for any physical damage.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, limit background app activity, and turn off features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use.
