To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone. Confirm by selecting Erase everything. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding.
Ensure the charger and cable are working by testing with another device. Clean the charging port of any debris. If the problem persists, try using a different charger or consult a technician.
Reduce screen brightness, turn off background apps, disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use, and enable battery saver mode in the settings to extend battery life.
Clear app cache and data, uninstall unused apps, restart the phone, and ensure the software is up to date. If the issue persists, consider a factory reset.
Go to Settings > About phone > Software updates > Check for updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and within range. Restart both your phone and router. Forget the network in your phone's Wi-Fi settings and reconnect. If the issue continues, check for software updates.
