To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your choice, and the phone will reset to its original settings. Ensure to back up your data before proceeding.
Check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Try using a different charger or outlet. If the problem persists, the charging port may require cleaning or repair.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, and close unused apps running in the background. Also, consider using battery saver mode.
To update the software, go to Settings > About phone > Software updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it. Ensure your phone is charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
Try restarting your phone, clearing the cache, and deleting unused apps or files. If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset (after backing up important data).
Delete unnecessary apps, clear app cache, move files to an SD card, and remove duplicate photos or videos. You can also back up data to the cloud and delete local copies.
To enable Wi-Fi calling, go to Settings > Advanced Calling > Wi-Fi Calling. Follow the prompts to set up if your carrier supports this feature.
Restart your phone and router, toggle airplane mode on and off, and ensure your phone is within range of the Wi-Fi signal. Also, check for any service outages with your carrier.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved to your gallery.
Try restarting the phone by holding down the Power button until it reboots. If the screen remains unresponsive, remove the battery (if possible) and reinsert it, or perform a factory reset.
