To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by selecting Reset phone and then Erase everything. Ensure you've backed up important data.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable unused apps running in the background, and turn off connectivity features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use.
If the screen freezes, try performing a soft reset by holding the Power button until the device restarts. If the problem persists, consider a factory reset.
