Battery drain can be caused by apps running in the background, high screen brightness, or poor network reception. Check battery usage in Settings and adjust your usage accordingly.
Navigate to Settings > System > Update center > Software Update > Check for updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
Ensure the charger and cable are working by testing with another device. Check the charging port for debris and try restarting the phone. If issues persist, seek professional repair assistance.

This could be due to a software glitch or hardware issue. Try updating your software, removing recently installed apps, or performing a factory reset. If the problem persists, contact support.
You can increase storage by adding a microSD card. Insert it into the slot located on the side of the phone. You can then move apps and files to the card via Settings > Storage.
