To perform a factory reset on your LG Leon LTE H345, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your choice and wait for the device to reset.
Ensure the charging cable and adapter are working by testing them with another device. Check the charging port for debris and clean it carefully if necessary. If the issue persists, try using a different charger.
