To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm the reset by following the on-screen instructions. Please ensure to back up your data before proceeding.
First, ensure Wi-Fi is enabled. Restart your router and phone. If the issue persists, forget the network under Settings > Wi-Fi, then reconnect by entering the password again.
Check for apps consuming excessive battery under Settings > Battery. Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary background apps, and update your phone's software if updates are available.
Delete unused apps, clear app cache, move media to a microSD card, and use cloud storage for backups. Access storage settings under Settings > Storage to manage space.
Close unused apps, restart your device, and ensure your phone is updated. Consider performing a factory reset if the problem persists after trying these steps.
Power off the phone, remove the back cover using the notch, and insert the SIM card into the designated slot. Replace the back cover and power on the device.
Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery.
Check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try a different power outlet and ensure the charging port is clean. If the issue persists, consult a professional technician.
Go to Settings > About phone > Update Center > Software Update. Download and install any available updates, ensuring your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life.
Ensure you have a strong network signal. If the issue persists, restart your phone, update the software, and check for any network outages with your carrier.
