To perform a factory reset on your LG K4 VS425, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone. Confirm your selection, and the phone will reboot and reset to factory settings.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary apps running in the background, turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use, and enable battery saver mode.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound and see a flash on the screen.
Ensure the battery is charged. If the phone doesn't turn on, try performing a soft reset by removing the battery, reinserting it, and holding the Power button for 10 seconds.
Connect your LG K4 VS425 to your computer using a USB cable. Select 'File Transfer' or 'Media Transfer' mode on your phone. Your phone should appear as a drive on your computer, allowing you to transfer files.
Clear app caches, uninstall unused apps, and ensure your software is up to date. Consider performing a factory reset if the device is still slow after these steps.
Turn off your phone, remove the back cover, and take out the battery. Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot, ensuring the gold contacts face down, then replace the battery and back cover.
Go to Settings > About phone > Software updates > Check for update. If an update is available, follow the prompts to download and install it.
Go to Settings > Networks > Call > Wi-Fi Calling. Toggle the switch to enable Wi-Fi calling and follow any additional setup instructions provided by your carrier.
Try restarting your phone by holding the Power button until it reboots. If the screen remains unresponsive, perform a soft reset by removing and reinserting the battery.
