To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by selecting Reset Phone, then Delete All. Ensure you back up important data beforehand.
Check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different power outlet or charging cable. If the problem persists, clean the charging port gently with a dry brush or compressed air.
Reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, and turn off connectivity features like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use. Consider enabling battery saver mode under Settings > Battery.
Clear app caches and uninstall unused apps. Restart your phone regularly and ensure your software is up to date by going to Settings > System updates.
Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button simultaneously until you see a flash or hear a capture sound. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app.
