To perform a factory reset on your LG Journey LTE, go to Settings > System > Restart & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by selecting Reset Phone.
Ensure the battery is charged. Try holding the power button for 10 seconds. If it still won't turn on, try charging it with a different charger or inspect for any visible damage.
Reduce screen brightness, turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, and close unused apps running in the background. Consider enabling battery saver mode.
Restart your phone and router. Forget the Wi-Fi network on your phone and reconnect. Ensure the Wi-Fi password is correct and check for any network issues.
Go to Settings > Storage > Cached data and tap on it to clear the cache. Alternatively, clear cache for individual apps under Settings > Apps.
Go to Settings > System > Update Center > Software Update. Tap Check for Updates and follow the prompts if an update is available.
Try restarting the phone by holding the power button until it turns off and back on. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset or contact support for further assistance.
Delete unused apps, clear app caches, move files to an SD card, and back up photos and videos to the cloud to free up space.
Use LG Mobile Switch to transfer data. Install the app on both phones and follow the on-screen instructions to transfer contacts, photos, and other data.
Ensure apps are updated and close unnecessary background apps. Avoid using the phone while charging and keep it out of direct sunlight.
