Reduce screen brightness, turn off unnecessary apps running in the background, disable location services when not needed, and use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data when possible.
Connect your phone to the computer using a USB cable. Select 'File Transfer' on the phone when prompted. Your phone will appear as a drive on your computer, allowing you to drag and drop files.
Delete unused apps, clear app cache, move photos and videos to a cloud storage service, and delete old messages and downloads to free up space.
Remove the phone case, close unused apps, avoid using the phone while charging, and keep the device out of direct sunlight. If the issue persists, restart the phone.
Go to Settings > General > About phone > Update Center > Software Update. Tap 'Check for updates' and follow the prompts to download and install any available updates.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Hotspot & tethering > Wi-Fi hotspot. Toggle the switch to turn it on and configure the hotspot settings as needed.
Perform a soft reset by holding the power button for about 10 seconds. If the screen remains unresponsive, try restarting the phone or performing a factory reset if necessary.
