Ensure the charging cable and adapter are working and connected properly. Try using a different outlet or charger. If the problem persists, check for debris in the charging port or consider replacing the battery if it's old.
Reduce screen brightness, limit background app activity, disable unused connectivity features (like Bluetooth and GPS), and use battery saver mode. Regularly update apps and the device software for optimal performance.
Check for software updates and install them if available. Remove any recently installed apps that might be causing the issue. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset after backing up your data.
Clear app cache, uninstall unused apps, and move photos and videos to cloud storage. You can also use the 'Smart Cleaning' feature under Settings to delete temporary files and optimize storage.
Go to Settings > Display > Always-on Display. Toggle the switch to enable it and customize what information you want to display.
Ensure the camera lens is clean. Try tapping on the screen where you want to focus. If issues persist, reboot your phone or clear the Camera app cache in Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage.
Go to Settings > System > Restart & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm the reset and wait for the process to complete. Remember to back up all important data before proceeding.
Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Wi-Fi icon. Select the network you want to connect to and enter the password if required.
Try restarting the phone by holding the Power button until the LG logo appears. If the screen remains unresponsive, you may need to perform a hard reset. Seek professional repair services if the problem continues.
