To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory Data Reset. Confirm by tapping 'Reset Phone' and then 'Erase Everything'. Note: This will delete all data from your device.
If your phone won't turn on, try charging it for at least 15 minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, remove the battery, reinsert it, and try turning it on again. If the problem persists, consider contacting LG support.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, limit background data usage, and disable unused apps or features like Bluetooth and GPS when not in use.
To update the software, go to Settings > About Phone > Update Center > Software Update. Follow the prompts to check for and install any available updates.
For connectivity issues, try restarting your phone, toggling airplane mode on and off, and resetting your network settings. Ensure your device is within range of Wi-Fi or cellular networks.
You can use the LG Backup feature or third-party apps like LG Mobile Switch to transfer data from your old phone to the LG G4. Follow the app's instructions to complete the transfer.
Use a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth to gently clean the leather back. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water, which can damage the leather.
To free up storage, delete unused apps, clear app cache, move files to a microSD card, and back up photos and videos to cloud storage.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you see a confirmation on the screen.
If your phone freezes, try performing a soft reset by holding the Power button until the device restarts. If it remains unresponsive, remove and reinsert the battery.
