To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by tapping Reset tablet and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
Ensure the charging cable and adapter are functioning and properly connected. Try using a different charger. If the problem persists, check the charging port for debris or damage.
Reduce screen brightness, disable unused apps, and turn off connectivity features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use. Consider using the battery saver mode available in the settings.
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and toggle the switch to On. Select your preferred network from the list and enter the password if required. Tap Connect to establish the connection.
To update the software, navigate to Settings > About tablet > Update Center > Software Update. Check for updates and follow the prompts to download and install the latest version.
Uninstall unused apps, clear app caches, and transfer photos or videos to a microSD card or cloud storage. Consider using the built-in storage management tools in the settings.
Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously until you see a confirmation on the screen. The screenshot will be saved in your gallery.
Close unused apps running in the background, clear cache and data for apps, and restart your tablet. Consider performing a factory reset if the issue persists.
Open the Email app, select your email provider, and enter your email address and password. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
