To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > General > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm by tapping 'Reset phone'. Note: This will erase all data on the device.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try a different power outlet or charging cable if available. If the issue persists, restart the phone or perform a factory reset as a last resort.
Reduce screen brightness, turn off unused apps running in the background, disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, and enable battery saver mode in Settings > Battery.
Power off the phone, remove the back cover and battery. Insert the SIM card into the SIM slot with the gold contacts facing down, then reinsert the battery and back cover.
Perform a soft reset by pressing and holding the Power button for about 10 seconds until the device restarts. If the problem continues, consider a factory reset.
Go to Settings > General > About phone > Software update. Tap on 'Check for updates' and follow the on-screen instructions if an update is available.
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on the phone and airplane mode is off. Restart your router and phone. Forget the Wi-Fi network and reconnect by entering the password again.
Delete unused apps, clear app caches in Settings > Apps, move files to a microSD card or cloud storage, and delete unnecessary files or media.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes and a screenshot is captured.
Remove the battery (if removable) and reinsert it. Check for software updates. If the problem persists, perform a factory reset or contact support.
