To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Reset > Factory data reset. Confirm and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
First, check the charger and cable for any damage. Ensure the charging port is clean and debris-free. Try using a different charger and outlet. If the problem persists, contact Huawei support.
Power off your phone. Use the SIM eject tool to open the SIM card tray. Place the SIM card into the tray and insert it back into the phone. Power on the device.
Go to Settings > Storage > Cached data. Tap on 'Cached data' and confirm to clear the cache for all apps.
Clear app caches, close unused apps running in the background, and ensure your software is up to date. Consider uninstalling apps you no longer use.
Go to Settings > About phone. Tap 'Build number' seven times until you see a message that Developer Options have been enabled. Access these options in the main settings menu.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound or see a screenshot animation.
Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and try restarting your router and phone. Forget the network and reconnect. Check for software updates or reset network settings if the issue persists.
Go to Settings > System > Software update > Check for updates. If an update is available, follow the prompts to download and install it.
Use the Phone Clone app. Install the app on both devices, follow the on-screen instructions to pair them, and select the data you wish to transfer.
