To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Reset > Factory data reset. Confirm and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.
Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you see a flash or hear a shutter sound, indicating the screenshot has been taken.
Try reducing screen brightness, disabling background apps, turning off location services when not needed, and updating to the latest software version.
Go to Settings > System > Software update > Check for updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
