To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your choice to reset your device to its original settings.
Ensure the charger and cable are working by testing them with another device. Clean the charging port and try again. If the problem persists, consider a battery replacement or professional repair.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes to capture a screenshot.
Clear cache and unnecessary apps, update the software, and restart the device. If issues persist, consider a factory reset.
Go to Settings > System > Software update. Tap 'Check for updates' and follow the prompts to install any available updates.
