To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Add the appropriate amount of detergent, then select your desired wash cycle using the program selector. Press the 'Start/Pause' button to begin the cycle.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure that the filter is clean and free of debris. If the problem persists, inspect the drain pump for any obstructions.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash the drawer in warm water, using a soft brush to remove any residue, and then dry it before reinserting.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and the door seal. Check and clean the drain pump filter monthly. Also, run an empty hot wash cycle with a washing machine cleaner every few months to maintain the drum.
Ensure that the washing machine is level by adjusting the feet. Check for overloading and redistribute the load evenly inside the drum. Excessive vibration can also be caused by an unbalanced load.
To reset the machine, turn the program selector to the 'Off' position, wait a few seconds, then select the desired program and press the 'Start/Pause' button.
Wait a few minutes after the cycle has ended, as there may be a delay in unlocking. If the door still doesn't open, ensure the machine is fully drained and check for any error codes.
Leave the door slightly ajar between washes to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the door seal and detergent drawer. Use a washing machine cleaner occasionally to prevent mold and mildew buildup.
Check for a power interruption or water supply issue. Inspect the display for any error codes. Ensure the door is fully closed, as the machine will not operate if the door is ajar.
Select the desired wash program and press the 'Delay Start' button to set the delay time. The delay can be adjusted in increments, allowing you to delay the start by a set number of hours. Press 'Start/Pause' to activate the delay timer.
