To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent, close the door securely, select the desired wash program using the control knob, and press the start button.
Check if the machine is plugged in and the power socket is switched on. Ensure the door is closed properly and the selected program is set correctly. If the problem persists, inspect the fuse in the plug.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out gently. Wash it under running water to remove any detergent residue. Use a brush to clean hard-to-reach areas and reinsert it back into the machine.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and drum, check and clean the filter, ensure the door seals are free from debris, and perform a monthly maintenance wash with a machine cleaner.
Ensure the washing machine is level and all transport bolts have been removed. Avoid overloading the drum and distribute laundry evenly inside.
Run a hot water cycle with a washing machine cleaner or vinegar to eliminate odors. Leave the door open after washes to allow the drum to dry and prevent mold growth.
Check for blockages in the drain hose and filter. Ensure the hose is not kinked and is installed at the correct height. Clean the filter regularly to prevent clogs.
Use cold water cycles when possible, wash full loads, and select energy-saving programs. Regular maintenance ensures efficient operation and helps reduce energy usage.
Check all hose connections for tightness and inspect the door seal for damage. Ensure the detergent drawer is not overfilled and that the machine is level.
Refer to the user manual for specific error code meanings. Common solutions include checking water supply, cleaning the filter, and ensuring the door is closed properly.
