To start a wash cycle, load your laundry, add detergent, select the desired program using the program dial, and press the start button. Ensure the door is properly closed before starting.
Check if there is a blockage in the drain hose or filter. Clean the filter and ensure the hose is not kinked or obstructed. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue and dry it before reinserting.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and filter, check for blockages in the hoses, wipe the door seal to prevent mold, and perform an empty hot wash cycle monthly to maintain machine hygiene.
Ensure the washing machine is level by adjusting its feet. Also, check if the load is balanced and avoid overloading. Uneven surfaces or unbalanced loads are common causes of excessive vibration.
The E03 error code indicates a draining issue. Check the drain pump filter for blockages and ensure the drain hose is clear. Clean the filter and hose to resolve the issue.
Use a high-efficiency (HE) detergent for best performance. Ensure the detergent is suitable for use in automatic front-loading washing machines and follow the manufacturer's dosage recommendations.
Leave the door ajar after each wash to allow air circulation, use the appropriate amount of detergent, and regularly run a maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner or white vinegar.
Select the desired program, then press the delay start button to set the time delay. Adjust the delay using the control knob or buttons, and press start to activate the delay timer.
Ensure the cycle has fully completed and wait a few minutes for the door lock to release. If it remains locked, check if there is water in the drum and drain manually if necessary. If the problem persists, seek technical assistance.
