To start a washing cycle, ensure the machine is plugged in and the water supply is on. Load your laundry, add detergent, select the desired wash program using the control panel, and press the start button.
First, check for any blockages in the drain hose or filter. Ensure the hose is not kinked. If the problem persists, inspect the pump for clogs and clear any debris.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash it under warm water to remove any detergent residue, then dry it thoroughly before reinserting.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, check and clean the filter, inspect the hoses for leaks or wear, and run a maintenance wash with a machine cleaner every few months.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load, the machine not being level, or shock absorbers wearing out. Ensure the load is balanced and adjust the machine's feet to level it.
To reset the machine, turn it off and unplug it from the power source for a few minutes. Plug it back in, turn it on, and see if the error code has cleared.
If the door won't open, ensure the cycle has fully completed, and check if there is water remaining in the drum. If necessary, manually drain the water and wait a few minutes before attempting to open the door again.
Use the eco-friendly wash settings, wash full loads instead of small ones, and avoid using high-temperature settings unless necessary. Regular maintenance also ensures energy efficiency.
Distribute clothes evenly in the drum and avoid overloading. Mix larger and smaller items to improve wash efficiency and reduce tangling.
After washing, select the drying program on the control panel. Adjust the drying time or dryness level as needed and start the drying cycle. Ensure the load size is appropriate for drying.
