To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent, close the door securely, select the desired program on the control panel, and press the start button.
Check if the machine is properly plugged in, the door is closed securely, and the water supply is turned on. If the problem persists, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker.
Turn off the machine and unplug it. Open the filter cover, usually located at the bottom front of the machine. Remove the filter and rinse it under running water. Reinsert the filter and close the cover securely.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the detergent drawer, checking and cleaning the door seal, and descaling the drum every few months. Also, inspect hoses for any signs of wear or leaks.
Ensure the machine is level and on a stable surface. Check if the load is balanced inside the drum and adjust if necessary. Avoid overloading the machine.
Pull the detergent drawer out until it stops, then press down on the release button (usually located in the middle) and pull it out completely for cleaning.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure that the filter is clean and inspect the pump for any obstructions. Also, make sure the drain hose is positioned correctly.
Inspect the hoses and connections for any leaks or damage. Check the door seal for any debris that might prevent a proper seal. Ensure the detergent drawer is not overfilled.
To reset the machine, turn it off and unplug it for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on. This should reset the system.
Common error codes include E03 for drainage issues, E16 for water heating problems, and E20 for motor-related issues. Refer to the user manual for a complete list and troubleshooting steps.
